Andrew was a class act from the start of acquiring our condo until the very end. He is very knowledgeable and was very responsive to our needs and suggestions. We never felt pressured to make any decisions and he just worked on our timeline to ensure that we made the best purchase for us. He was always quick to follow up with whatever needed to be done, with regards to the bank, the HOA, etc. There were times when we felt defeated and wanted to give up, but he was encouraging and supportive through all of it. I had an amazing and rewarding experience with Mr. Andrew Freerks as my Real Estate agent. Once I got in contact with him and explained to him the type of property I was looking for, he told me the first step I had to do was to get a pre-mortgage approval from the bank. That was required before doing a house search. Although it took me several months to get all my credentials ready he was never being impatient with me. He would just sent me reminders on missing documents. Andrew is courteous, reliable, trustworthy, and a professional real-estate broker. I admire his positive and devoted attitude as to ensure the best deal for his clients without being manipulative. He made himself available for housing visits in flexible time. He would share advice in such a gentle way for the best interest of his clients with no pressure to agree with him. I am greatly satisfied with the home he helped me to purchase.
