I've heard piles of horror stories about dealing with real estate in NYC, so I can't even begin to express how relieved I was to wind up working with Mark when I started applying for apartments in Brooklyn a few months ago. When my first application didn't work out because of a timing issue with the move-in, he almost instantly found the perfect match for me: an apartment more spacious than I ever thought I would find within the area where I was looking. I was a 20-year Manhattan resident but first-time apartment applicant, and he patiently walked me through the process, answering all of my questions promptly and kindly. I hope I won't have to move again anytime soon, but if I do, I will absolutely work with Mark again to find a new place.

On February 25, 2021, I reached out to Mark via text regarding the availability of my current apartment. He responded the same day. We set up an appointment to view the apartment 2 days later. Unlike previous brokers, he did appear annoyed by my numerous questions and he actually had answers to my questions. After the viewing, he sent me the paperwork within a couple of hours. I completed the paperwork and sent it back that evening. I was approved for the apartment the next day (a Sunday)! I was not expecting that. I signed the lease the following Friday. I have to emphasize that I was never "left hanging" at any point of this process. Mark responded expeditiously to all of my texts and followed through on everything he said he would do. I was very pleased with the service that he provided.
