Moving in New York is never an easy feat, but Mark and his team at Highline Residential made this process so seamless. Mark was incredibly responsive and I could truly tell that he was determined to help me find my dream apartment. Throughout the entire process he would answer any and all questions and continually provide updates even before I reached out. Mark provided clear communication and was so understanding of our situation. I have no doubt that he advocated and worked tirelessly to get Bee and I into our first apartment together. It was a pleasure and a joy to work with someone who provided direct communication, answers in a quick timely manner, and took my concerns seriously. He even informed the landlord of some small maintenance changes that needed to be made in order for the apartment to be move in ready. Bee and I are so happy and excited to start our new life together and so happy that Mark helped us find a home.

Working with Mark from Highline Residential was a great experience. He is a true professional and we would definitely work with him again in the future. We worked with two other brokers before finding Mark, and were starting to get discouraged in our search for a new apartment. But Mark had a great listing that was better than what we imagined, and when we expressed that we loved it and wanted to apply, he moved quickly to help us get approved as tenants. He communicated everything clearly and quickly, and made us feel very comfortable. I would recommend him to any friends and family who are looking to find the perfect home.

I've heard piles of horror stories about dealing with real estate in NYC, so I can't even begin to express how relieved I was to wind up working with Mark when I started applying for apartments in Brooklyn a few months ago. When my first application didn't work out because of a timing issue with the move-in, he almost instantly found the perfect match for me: an apartment more spacious than I ever thought I would find within the area where I was looking. I was a 20-year Manhattan resident but first-time apartment applicant, and he patiently walked me through the process, answering all of my questions promptly and kindly. I hope I won't have to move again anytime soon, but if I do, I will absolutely work with Mark again to find a new place.

I had the very best experience working with Highline Residential. I had the absolute pleasure of working with Mark Banushi who is as excellent, pleasant, knowledgeable as they come. He was very prompt and thorough with follow up from the very first point of contact (via StreetEasy inquiry). At each of our meetings, he was masked, professional, and extremely charismatic. He's on top of communication and went the EXTRA mile to make sure both my needs and the needs of the client were met. I just signed a lease earlier today and I couldn't be happier with the ENTIRE experience. Would definitely recommend working with Highline Res., and Mark B especially.

On February 25, 2021, I reached out to Mark via text regarding the availability of my current apartment. He responded the same day. We set up an appointment to view the apartment 2 days later. Unlike previous brokers, he did appear annoyed by my numerous questions and he actually had answers to my questions. After the viewing, he sent me the paperwork within a couple of hours. I completed the paperwork and sent it back that evening. I was approved for the apartment the next day (a Sunday)! I was not expecting that. I signed the lease the following Friday. I have to emphasize that I was never "left hanging" at any point of this process. Mark responded expeditiously to all of my texts and followed through on everything he said he would do. I was very pleased with the service that he provided.
