Burton was very helpful throughout the process for viewing, applying and renting the apartment. He responded to me directly when I expressed interest in the unit and let me know he would reach out to set up time to view the apartment. We set up time to view the apartment. It was great because I was the only one viewing the apt at that time which was very helpful in making a decision. It was great to not have to worry about any distractions and just consider if the apartment was right for me. When I knew I wanted the apartment, Burton was very clear on what the application process was and was very helpful if I had any questions. He also was very helpful in setting up time to give me the keys when I was approved for the apartment.

Burton Weaver, was initially responsive until we decided to submit a deposit, after which he completely ghosted us for nearly an entire week, even when the move-in date was quickly approaching. He would not respond to emails, texts, or even calls for days. I had to call the office for Highline Residential to ask them to contact him for us and even that took an entire day. The audacity to even be asking for brokerage fees after doing absolutely nothing for us is ridiculous, he wasn't even present for the apartment tour. He is the reason I will never be using and highly recommends against using any Highline Residential agent.

Although the process was very long, Burton was very responsive. Whenever we had any concerns, we felt free to express them and Burton was always able to provide more information or clarification. Securing housing in New York can be a very frustrating process even with the best broker, however, Burton was able to make us feel assured whenever possible, He was a good mediator between us and the landowner and again, always replied to us quickly. Burton was sure that our application looked as good as possible to maximize our chances of being approved and selected as tenants. We are very happy to have secured our apartment and can't wait to move in.

Burton was a great agent to work with. He was prompt, responsive, transparent, accommodating, and easygoing. He never gave me a hard time. In NYC real estate, so many things can go wrong in a transaction but he made the process very smooth for me and my clients. He had the landlord clean the apartment, paint it, and deliver it to my clients in a beautiful move-in condition. My clients were delighted and so was I. Looking forward to working with him again in the near future!
