However, the one bright spot of the entire thing was Duran's guidance, patience, and readiness to help. His top priority was ensuring that I was not only happy with the apartment I eventually chose, but that I was being fairly represented in a situation where I was otherwise out of my depths. He was a champion for fair treatment, respect, and efficiency the entire time and went out of his way to help me whenever he could. I've already recommended Duran's services to a friend moving back to NYC, but I could not recommend him enough!
