A few months ago my wife and I not only had the pleasure of meeting Theresa, but felt VERY lucky to meet her when we did. I walked in a HighLine Real Estate office I was driving pass. to inquire about apartments. I was greeted by Theresa, who I gave the criteria of what we were looking for and urgently. Instantly she went to work on a list of possibilities. What Theresa didn't know was that I was very picky. The experience wasn't, " We show you your criteria please make a decision". Maybe it was her character, maybe she was well trained, or she is naturally nice, because we weren't settled on what we saw (and we saw a few). Talking about "urgently" right.
For us, somethings are just not black and/or white. Talking about staying active with calls, email, following up, aaand showing up again and agin, (with no pressuring comment), She was on it with us day and to day. Though we jumped right back into our busy life without reconnecting, we genuinely felt like we've gained a friend before even landing the desired space we so love.
