Trisha is a licensed real estate agent with 10 years of experience specializing in NYC rentals. She is known for her expertise in Comparative Market Analysis (CMAs) and strategic apartment marketing. With a strong background as a listing agent, she knows how to price, position, and promote rental properties to attract the right tenants and maximize exposure.

Over the course of her career, Trisha has worked with more than 2,000 landlords and management companies, bringing thousands of exclusive listings to Highline Residential. Her extensive network and deep understanding of the market have made her a go-to resource for both property owners and renters alike.

Before transitioning into real estate, Trisha led large-scale marketing and advertising campaigns for global brands. She holds a degree in Marketing Management and a master’s in Marketing Communications, which inform her data-driven and creative approach to the rental market.

Trisha works with all types of renters, from first-time apartment hunters to seasoned New Yorkers relocating within the city. She also helps landlords successfully list and market their units.
