TULAY'S BIOGRAPHY

Tulay worked in the service and hospitality business for many years before pursuing the field of real estate. She has worked closely with a diverse array of clients, demonstrating her patient, friendly, outgoing nature, and always being a good listener to satisfy their needs. Transferring this important philosophy to real estate, Tulay believes that, “In order to assist our clients better, we really need to know their needs and preferences, as well as their lifestyle circumstances and financial conditions. The more understanding we have, the higher quality of service we can provide."

Tulay loves helping people find their new home in New York City and being a guide throughout the process. She asks the right questions and works creatively and resourcefully to determine the best options on the market based on their unique requirements. Her goal is to make the entire experience as swift and seamless as possible.

Specializing in residential rentals and sales, Tulay works throughout the downtown Manhattan neighborhoods as well as in downtown Brooklyn, and LIC and with her office based in Manhattan.

Originally from Istanbul, Tulay has lived in Queens and Long Island, as well as Philadelphia, California, and London, England. Tulay studied Economics and Business Administration in Turkey, and marketing at UC, Irvine and currently taking an online degree on Business management focused with Social Media and digital marketing.

She speaks Turkish and English, is married, and loves traveling when time allows. Her other leisure-time enjoyments include , listening to music, watching good movies, surfing on the net, going to the beach when it is possible, walking outdoors, yoga, cooking and baking for her family and friends.
