ZALMAN'S BIOGRAPHY

Zalman Ives was born and bred across the pond in London, England. He was studying in Brooklyn when he met his future wife, Sarah.

He spent the last five years directing a religious nonprofit organization working with students in Syracuse, NY. It was there that he met local landlords and gained knowledge in the student rental market.

He has since moved with his wife and three children to Brooklyn, NY, where he runs his real estate investment business focusing on small town student rentals.
