I would like to take this opportunity to tell you about the remarkable real estate experience that my family and I had with two of your agents, Brooke Wadhwani and Lynn Goeller. We met Brooke and Lynn at an Open House at their listing in Garden City in April of 2016. My wife and I had been to several Open Houses as we were beginning our new home search in Nassau County. We were so impressed with their level of enthusiasm, knowledge, and professionalism. That home did not work for our family, but, we knew that "Brookelynn" would be the agents that we would want to work with during the daunting process of finding a home and listing ours.
Brooke and Lynn kept in touch with us constantly discussing possible homes that would fit our family's criteria. We were not town or school district driven at the time. That contributed to the vast search covering several locations. The search for our next home ended when we saw a totally renovated home perched on a hill in Roslyn Harbor. We loved the home but it was beyond our price range of affordability. Luckily, there was a price reduction. Then Lynn and Brooke tirelessly negotiated with the listing agent. We soon learned that our offer was accepted! We were astonished and delighted. Then we had to immediately get our home on the market and sold.

There were several trials and tribulations during the course of the listing concerning issues with the Town Of N. Hempstead. We also had to resolve a fence issue days before the closing. Brooke and Lynn were relentless assisting with all the matters that needed to be dealt with. They were able to mediate all issues that needed to be dealt with expertise and urgency. Even the day of our closing was a challenge. We needed to close on our sale to purchase our new home. The bank attorney informed us the night before the closing that he could not attend the closing on Friday. Lynn, Brooke, and our referred attorney moved heaven and earth to get a substitute attorney to come and then do a simultaneous closing. My family and I are so impressed with and thankful for everything that Lynn and Brooke did to help us find our dream home at 25 Egil Court in Roslyn Harbor and sell our home at 438 Old Courthouse Road in Manhasset Hills. We wholeheartedly would recommend them to anyone looking to sell or purchase a home. Buying and selling a home can be very stressful.
