Burton was very helpful throughout the process for viewing, applying and renting the apartment. He responded to me directly when I expressed interest in the unit and let me know he would reach out to set up time to view the apartment.
We set up time to view the apartment. It was great because I was the only one viewing the apt at that time which was very helpful in making a decision. It was great to not have to worry about any distractions and just consider if the apartment was right for me.
When I knew I wanted the apartment, Burton was very clear on what the application process was and was very helpful if I had any questions. He also was very helpful in setting up time to give me the keys when I was approved for the apartment.

Burton Weaver, was initially responsive until we decided to submit a deposit, after which he completely ghosted us for nearly an entire week, even when the move-in date was quickly approaching. He would not respond to emails, texts, or even calls for days. I had to call the office for Highline Residential to ask them to contact him for us and even that took an entire day. The audacity to even be asking for brokerage fees after doing absolutely nothing for us is ridiculous, he wasn't even present for the apartment tour. He is the reason I will never be using and highly recommends against using any Highline Residential agent.
