Gary Richman is an experienced real estate professional with over 40 years of experience as an investor in residential properties. He has bought and sold a wide range of properties, including co-ops, condos, single-family homes, and multi-family homes. Having been a buyer, seller, tenant, and landlord, Gary brings a wealth of insight to every transaction, treating each deal as if it were his own. His dedication to client satisfaction is paramount, and he is committed to ensuring that every client’s needs are met with the highest level of professionalism.
In addition to his real estate experience, Gary spent over 15 years as an Operations Manager at a factory in Sunset Park, where he gained valuable experience in the inner workings of industry and honed his ability to connect with a diverse range of individuals. Known for his personable nature, Gary’s approachable attitude has earned him the reputation of being a true “people person,” a sentiment echoed by his wife’s grandfather, who fondly described him as "Lui e un pezzo di pane" (He's a piece of bread)—a phrase that reflects his genuine and down-to-earth personality.
A lifelong Brooklyn resident, Gary was born in Prospect Heights and has lived in Park Slope and Gowanus for over 25 years. When he's not helping clients find their dream homes, you can often find Gary riding around on his Vespa, exploring the streets of Brooklyn.
