Javier is the best is the biz! He is very communicative and has amazing attention to detail. My mother and I were looking to move cross-country from LA to NYC, and Javier made the entire process seamless. He is very knowledgable about the city and was able to advise on locations that would be a great fit for us, especially considering we did not have time to view apartments in person beforehand. He attended all of the tours for us, video called us in real time, and sent us videos that we could look back on. We sent him a list of nice to haves and non-negotiables, and he found our dream apartment in the PERFECT location. It's now been about 3 months living in our new apartment, and it is so safe, the people are wonderful, the location is top tier, and we can't imagine living anywhere else. We genuinely only have wonderful things to say about working with him, and if we ever move again in the future, would definitely love to work with him again! 10/10, Javier is the BEST!
