Silvana was initially referred to us via Redfin, and she arranged a viewing for an apartment we were interested in. Although that one didn't work out, Silvana arranged a few more viewings until eventually we saw something where we were ready to make an offer. Silvana helped guide us through the offer stage, telling us about pros and cons of different potential offers. Once our offer was accepted, Silvana was a huge help in navigating the co-op application process, which can feel a bit arcane if you've never done it before (and even if you have). In the end our application was accepted and we were able to close on the apartment.
Throughout the whole process, Silvana kept up very transparent communication with us, and kept on top of all the other parties involved to make sure they were meeting their obligations to us. Silvana never pressured us to do anything we were uncomfortable with, like seeing apartments we didn't like or making an offer before we were ready. She was there for us the entire time and made buying our first home a lot less complicated than it could have been.
