My Fiance and I rented an apartment with Marty acting as the liaison between the owner and ourselves. From the start Marty was great, he was able to facilitate a quick approval from the board of the building ensuring everything was submitted as quickly as possible. Once we were living in the apartment Marty responded quickly to anything we needed, big or small. When our lease ended and we had decided not to extend the move-out process was smooth and painless. MARTIN'S BIOGRAPHY

Martin Krasnoff is a seasoned real estate professional with over 27 years of experience in the New York real estate sector. Before embarking on his real estate career, Martin gained valuable business and finance experience working for a prestigious Wall Street firm for over a decade, where he managed their Fixed Income Trading System.

Martin's journey into real estate began after he purchased his first co-op and realized that his knowledge and skillset matched or exceeded that of most brokers he encountered. He quickly obtained his salesperson's license, followed by his broker's license, and soon became the Board President of his 150-unit co-op.

In 2008, Martin founded his own firm, Rand Realty NY. Since then, he has brokered hundreds of real estate transactions for buyers and sellers across all five boroughs of New York City. His extensive experience includes navigating countless complex and sensitive deals, allowing him to circumvent and troubleshoot obstacles quickly, efficiently, and respectfully. Martin's expertise in co-ops and the intricate steps required to build a coherent and organized board package is unparalleled.

Martin's stellar reputation in the NYC real estate industry is a testament to his dedication and expertise. He values collaboration and enjoys working with many brokers he considers friends, all striving to meet the individual needs of their clients.
