Marty really went above and beyond as a broker for our NYC apartment. From helping us feel comfortable and navigating a our first lease in a condo (condo board, single unit owner, etc) he made it easy for us to feel good about the nicest unit we had ever rented in NYC. After we signed and moved in, I had thought Marty’s role in the process was done. But he stayed in communication with us, making sure everything was set up appropriately and acting as an intermediary between the unit owner and ourselves but always making communication clear, consistent and pleasant. Upon our leases conclusion, Marty went above and beyond to work with us on restoring the unit to its original condition, helped us coordinate our cleaners after we had moved out, and worked on our behalf to have our security deposit returned quickly. In short, Marty did what no other broker in my experience had ever done before; he made us feel like he was totally safe and confident during a lease transaction and did it in a pleasant and professional way. MARTIN'S BIOGRAPHY
Martin Krasnoff has been in the New York real estate sector for over 27 years. Prior to that, Martin gained valuable business and finance experience working for a prestigious Wall Street firm for over a decade, managing their Fixed Income Trading System.
After buying his first co-op, he realized that his knowledge base and skillset was equal to or better than nearly every broker that he had met. He became a licensed salesperson, quickly gaining his broker's license. He soon became the Board President of his 150-unit co-op.
In 2008, Martin started his own firm, Rand Realty NY. Since then, he has brokered hundreds of real estate transactions for buyers and sellers in every borough in New York City. Marty has been involved in countless complicated and sensitive deals, and he has learned how to circumvent and troubleshoot obstacles quickly, efficiently, and respectfully. His knowledge of co-ops and the intricate steps needed to build a coherent and organized board package are unparalleled.
After cultivating a stellar reputation in the NYC real estate industry, Martin continues to enjoy collaborating with the many brokers he considers friends as they work to meet the individual needs of buyers and sellers.
